Who we are
Shaqqah is run by Cresentrix Solutions, in Kuwait. We are a place where people who have a flat to rent and people who need one can find each other.
What we do and what we do not
We check every listing before it appears, and we visit some of them ourselves. We are not the landlord and we are not an agent. The agreement to rent is between you and the other person, not with us.
Your account
Your phone number is your account. Do not let someone else use it. If you lose the number, tell us and we will help you get your account back.
What you may not post
No flat you do not have the right to rent out. No partitioned rooms or bed spaces. No price that is not the real price. No photos of a flat that is not the one you are listing. We take listings down for any of these, and we may close the account.
Money
Shaqqah is free. We take no commission from the person renting and none from the person listing. If anyone asks you to pay Shaqqah, it is not us.
When something goes wrong
Tell us. Use Report on the listing or message our support. We read every report, and we act on the ones that are right.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
Kuwaiti law
These terms follow the law of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait deal with any dispute.
